Session description

Research shows that around 60% of customers who fall behind with their financial responsibilities do so through no fault of their own. This insight has even sharpened during the global Covid-19 pandemic. These individuals are often in emotional distress: depressed, stressed, or even angry. Identifying a customer's current emotional state without asking them directly allows troy to guide them through the debt payment process better, alleviating stress for the individual and preserving a relationship between our client and their customer. With this empathetic approach, both in our technical and human processes, troy is leading a major paradigm shift in the debt collection industry.
